SINISTER GROOVE
Perfect EP
1991 Bad Girl Records
Sinister Groove were obscure early 90's baggy band from UK, they released one single in 1991 on Bad Girl Records. ''Perfect EP'' was one of the most wanted records in my list for few years. Finally it's here, huge thanks to Sinister Groove drummer Jonny Hankins who was very kind to send me a copy of this 12'' vinyl single.
''Perfect EP'' is brilliant record from baggy era, i recommend to all readers of this blog. Must have it!

Wow, thank you so much for this. Never thought I'd get to hear it.
Would love to know what happened to them as they seemed destined for great things and then just disappeared.
Wow! thanks Ricky! Amazing tunes
Before few months i find out that before Sinister Groove, members of the band were working as Bounce The Mouse and released two singles : "Will You Ever Say (1988)" & "Like Lorraine (1989)"
Also their drummer sent me two great Sinister Groove demo cassettes that were given away at their gigs. Unfortunately at the moment i don't have equipment to rip them.
First tape have blue cover, tracklisting is next : 01 Peters Sake 02 Fastest Car On Earth 03 No More Time 04 Let Me Fly
Second tape have green cover, tracklisting is next : 01 Perfect Person 02. Chickenwire 03 For The 2nd Time 04 Scream
Great material on both tapes, i wish they were released on 12" single
so..you must to find equipment cos` he sent you! he sent you to upload in your blog!
Are you able to upload those two demo tapes now ?
No, i think it will not happen' soon.
I received demos of some of the tracks on these two tapes, not sure when or i will post them on the blog. Band have some plans to post all their unreleased Sinister Groove & Bounce The Mouse material online, i don't know when.
Any hope for a re-up of this? Been searching and searching for this forever. Cheers, and thank you for all that you do here.
Ah, Ricky, thank you! Very much obliged
