Treebound Story from Sheffield, UK consisted of Paul Currie (vocals and guitars), Rob Gregory (drums), Richard Hawley (guitar) and Paul Infanti (bass). And during their four years of existing (1986-1990) as a band they released four singles: My Life's Example (1986), I Remember (1986), Swimming In The Heart Of Jane (1989) and Take It (1989).

In 1990 they released three track cassette sampler called ''Treebound Story'' on Native Records.
Though not stated, these unissued tracks were probably intended for the unreleased debut album.
