Demo tracks by World Of Music (pre-Chicane) recorded between 1988-1991. One of the tracks "Stop Playing With My Heart" was released on free 7'' EP with the House Of Dolls magazine. Other bands on this House Of Dolls EP are The Wonder Stuff, The Sandkings and The Prudes.

Been loving the hell out of your site for years ; just wanted to let you know. even with the move, you've remained consistently obscure and fascinating with the posts.
Chicane's "Firebombs" was such a beast of an album. I briefly contacted the band (back in 90... something?) via hand-written letter! Yep, to see if they could maybe pen an instro theme for the Nickelodeon pilot I had created. I seriously dug them that much. The Producers wanted to go with "Shadowy Men On A Shadowy Planet, so... nothing was even demo'ed or went further than my initial letter : (

Thanks for your comment, i'm glad you like music posted on the blog. More obscure records are ready to be posted on the blog and i'm re-posting some stuff from the old blog.
Chicane "Firebombs" is such a great album, i've posted on my old blog and after few days i received email by Alex Comyn (vocalist & guitarist) in the band. He was very satisfied that i've posted album on the blog and that he have great times being in the band. In the next couple of weeks he send me boxset with all their records : 7" & 12" singles, Firebombs cd album, unreleased tracks and demos. Great great stuff.
